HOW MUCH ?

Admission 1 day + reusable glass = $18 + tx and fees
Admission 1 day + glass = $26 + tx and fees
Group admission 1 day + reusable glass = $16 + tx and fees per person (minimum of 6 tickets in a single transaction)
17 years old and under = Free * All 17 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Proof of identity may be required at festival entrance.

HOW MUCH DO ON-SITE TASTINGS COST?

A 4oz tasting can cost between 3 and 8 coupons.
1 coupon is worth $1.00

HOW DO COUPONS WORK THIS YEAR?

This year, PAPER coupons will be replaced by VIRTUAL coupons, which will be given to you on an RFID card ( let's say like an OPUS card).

When you arrive, you'll receive an RFID card. If you bought coupons online before the event, they'll already be on your card. If you want to buy coupons at the event, you can add them to your RFID card at the entrance and/or at the Producteurs de cidre du Québec central kiosk. When you pick up a tasting, the exhibitor will scan your card and the coupons will be virtually deducted from your card.

IS THE SITE ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?

Certainly! The terrain is flat and we have a wheelchair toilet available!

CAN I VOLUNTEER FOR SOIF DE CIDRE MONTRÉAL?

CAN I BRING MY OWN GLASS?

Unfortunately, no. For logistical reasons, the glasses accepted are ONLY those included in your admission.

CAN I BRING MY PARTNER EVEN IF THEY DO NOT LIKE CIDER?

You bet! There'll be a kiosk serving microbrewery beer to suit everyone's tastes. You can even take the opportunity to introduce them to ciders and, who knows, change their mind.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?

Only clearly identified guide dogs are accepted.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ON THE SITE?

Absolutely! Families are welcome at Soif de Cidre Montréal. We even have a play area where kids and adults alike can have fun.
* All children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

We're not made of chocolate! All activities will go ahead unless bad weather threatens the safety of festival-goers and exhibitors. Bring your umbrella and put on your best rain boots!

* No refunds will be made for weather-related interruptions to activities.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE AN ITEM ON THE SITE?

All lost items will be returned to the central Producteurs de Cidre du Québec booth. You can come to this booth and ask our friendly volunteers.

IS THERE A PARKING LOT?

Unfortunately, Hangar 1825 has no private parking facilities. However, you'll be able to find parking spaces on nearby streets. You can also walk from Georges-Vanier, Lionel-Groulx or Charlevoix metro stations.

RECHARGEABLE CARD

I STILL HAVE A BALANCE ON MY CARD. CAN I GET A REFUND?

Absolutely!
Refund requests must be made between Sunday, July 28, 2024, 7:30pm and Sunday, August 11, 2024, 11:59pm. Refunds will be made to your credit card no later than 15 days after the request.
No refunds will be possible after August 11, 2024; after this date, any remaining credit will be reinvested in Soif de Cidre.
Only paid coupons will be eligible for a refund.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO KEEP MY CARD FOR THE NEXT EDITION?

Absolutely! Please note that remaining Coupons are not transferable from one edition to the next, so we recommend that you request a refund.

WHAT IF I RUN OUT OF COUPONS ON MY CARD?

3 options:
1- Go to the event's recharging station, located at the Producteurs de Cidre du Québec central kiosk.
2- Using your phone's camera, scan the QR code on the back of your card and follow the instructions.
3- Go directly to the online reload page.

If your card was purchased online, we may be able to locate it. If not, we won't be able to.

2- Use the ticket referral tool on the box office page.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY MY TICKET ON THE SPOT?

Yes, but we will give priority to festival-goers who have purchased their tickets online. So if you want to avoid line-ups, buy your ticket before the event.

WHAT TIME DOES THE ON-SITE TICKET OFFICE CLOSE?

Friday: 9pm
Saturday: 9pm
Sunday: 6pm

DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKETS?

You don't have to print your tickets. If your tickets are electronic, make sure your device is sufficiently charged.

GROUP OR CORPORATE TICKET

We offer group prices, so if you buy a minimum of 6 tickets at the same time, you'll get a $2 discount per ticket. Check out the GROUP package on our online ticketing service.
